Which model do you have? I'm looking into getting one and want all the pros
and cons and best models to get. I want one that makes at least 5 cups or
so. thanks

Hi,
Time to throw in my two scents worth.
I would call the company also, they are very helpful and if you cannot get
the problem fixed, , sometimes they will replace the machine.
I am on my 2nd one and I just love the ease of it.

                    Blessings, Beverly
