I am sorry, but I do not know the model number on mine. If you have a 
Cost-Co. where you live they carry them, or look up there phone number on 
line and I am sure they would help you pick the one  that would work best 
for you.
  You  can get different teas, hot chocolate, you can just have hot water 
come out for instant oatmeal, soups,etc.

  I would call the company also, they are very helpful and if you cannot get
the problem fixed, , sometimes they will replace the machine.
  I am on my 2nd one and I just love the ease of it.
