Hi,

Actually there are talking food scales on Amazon for 20-40 dollars which are
metric or English units. Try the Blind Bargains shopping app for your
computer. It searches a buncch of stores for good deals. Amazon is 1 of
the places it searches. It is almost instant in returning results.

Warm Regards,

Fred

I have heard that there are talking scales that are pretty precise. I was
told to look for a scale that can be changed between a flat tray and a bowl.
I do not know where to get a talking scale, but I've heard that they are not
cheap. You might want to check out Blind Mice Mart, Independent Living
Aids, maxi Aids, LS&S, and Speak to Me Catalog.

HTH,

Subject: [Electronics-talk] gram scales,

I am interested in a gram scale for perhaps mailing purposes or various
herbal compounds, vitamin stuff and such. Is there such an animal and if so,
how reliable to you find it to be?
