The thing is, so many company's/organizations are starting to implement telecommuting/work from home programs. Often times these programs make employees more satisfied and decrease costs for the company. My goal at this time is to understand the experiences of blind teleworkers. Think of my survey as a thermometer used to understand/measure experiences. After understanding where we are at now, the next steps should become easier to define. I am passionate to do all what I can to promote equality in the virtual workplace!
Respect,
Amin

Hi Lauren,
I'm definitely with you here. I want to work and have good skills, but we're getting ready to move to a small town with terrible transportation so Telework may be my only option.
