[Electronics-talk] Telework/work from home/work virtually/telecommute?

I used to work for Northwest Airlines which merged with Delta. Delta was
going to offer a work from home program but not until after the merger.
Unfortunately I had to resign before that came about but I do know now
that they are offering that program again. I think you have to go in at
least once a month for training and you have to live within a certain
radius of their call centers.

Often times these programs make employees more satisfied and decrease costs for the company. My goal at this time is to understand the experiences of blind teleworkers. Think of my survey as a thermometer used to understand/measure experiences. After understanding where we are at now, the next steps should become easier to define. I am passionate to do all what I can to promote equality in the virtual workplace!
