I'm not exactly sure what you're trying to do, but one thing that comes 
to mind is hiding rows in Excel. This is not a JAWS feature, but rather 
an Excel feature. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to Excel at 
home, but You should be able to highlight rows G through K and then use 
the menu bar/ribbon to hide those rows. They'll still be in the spread 
sheet, and you can unhide them later, but you'll be able to arrow 
between rows F and L with no intervening rows as long as they're hidden.
