Well, I can tell you from having had AT&T U-Verse, those people are totally clewless when it comes to matters involving DVS.  What do they always do?  They blame the station.  Comcast is quickly moving toward making DVS and the SAP channel so easy to find you need only press one button on the remote.  That's not heaer just yet but it's coming very soon:  like later this year I believe.  This, needless to say, is going to be just one of the things shortly coming down the line.
