[Electronics-talk] Wanting to know if anyone has any idea about an android list like the iPhone questions list or knows anything about android phones

Hey Everyone,

I agree with Laz about the eyes free list, the community help isn't worth the drama. I haven't joined the vi-android list, but intend to.

As background, My previous experience with Android was from about a year ago and was on a Nexus 7.  I felt pretty strongly then that Talkback was still really lagging behind Voiceover on IOS.  I wasn't doing a feature by feature comparison, but rather just comparing the smoothness of the non visual interface, the consistency of my actions producing the same results, and the discoverability of Talkback features.

Laz, You mentioned you knew of many totally blind folks happily using the S5 who were iPhone users.   I would love to be talked out of my position about TalkBack.  I would really enjoy speaking with, or reading articles by, blind people who are using Talkback who used to use VoiceOver.  It would be awesome if they  were willing to talk about how Talkback compares to VoiceOver. They don't have to say that Talkback is better than voiceover, just talk about where the differences are.

Are such talkback users hanging out on the vi-android list?
