[Electronics-talk] Wanting to know if anyone has any idea about an android list like the iPhone questions list or knows anything about android phones

Just because the same app is available on Android does not mean it will be usable for you. The Uber app is one example of blind people using it on IOS. It is on my Android and I cannot use it because all it says is button and seek control.
