[Electronics-talk] instructions for a recorder; Gmail deletions

Hello, everyone!

Just purchased a Sony Sony ICD BX140 Digital Voice Recorder; it isn't
as intuitive as I had expected, so I really could use some
instructions: layout of buttons, functions, etc. Any pointers would be
appreciated. Really ironic that a device supposedly designed with the
blind in mind doesn't come with accessible instructions!

Also, I'm ashamed to admit that, in all my years of using Gmail, I
haven't yet received training on how to delete messages! Again, any
advice would be extremely helpful. Thanks1
