[Electronics-talk] Xfinity and it's pros and cons $$$$$

Hi,
There isn't a misconception on my part. The fact is that one has to have a higher level of service and more tv stations to get the x1 box, so, in a way, we are being charged more because we have to upgrade in order to get the x1 box. They aren't charging us any more than they charge everyone else who gets the upgrade, but it would be nice if we could get the x1 box on the basic level instead of having to upgrade.
Thanks
Lauren

I think there is somewhat a misocnception here. Comcast is NOT, charging extra for accessibility. What's actually happening is this. Voice Guidance is free to every customer (blind or not) who has the X1 platform. I needed to make that clear because there seems to be a misunderstanding about that.

Sincerely,
The Constantly Barefooted Ray

Still a happy Mac, Verizon Wireless iPhone 6+ and Apple TV user!

Sent from my Mac,
the only computer with full accessibility for the blind built-in
