Has anyone ever gotten a debit or credit card that had braille on it?
The last Wells Fargo debit card I had that had braille expired March 2010, and I haven't been able to get them to send me another one.
Also, Citibank's Universal MasterCard had braille on it. Both cards not only included the expiration date, but the security pin as well. Citibank's card had the number one would use for long-distance calls too.
I recently found out that Citibank's customer service reps have access to the security code, and they will give it to you if you provide the necessary password information. And it isn't as easy as it may sound. They ask you at least 3 questions associated to the info in their system.
But I'd really like for the braille cards to return and expand to other credit cards.
Oh, yeah, Citibank will send you a new security pin if you request one in braille. I like that. I was able to change it when I got the new one.
