I wish you luck, Diane.  Let us know if you actually get those brailled 
cards.  I tried and never got one.
Just keep in mind, you may have been given lip service.  Don't hold your 
breath.  And, I hope you asked them not to shut those cards off until you 
get the new ones.  That would be horrible.
