[Electronics-talk] [EXTERNAL] Power sticks

I've charged my ipod Touch from it, plugging the lightning cable into the
charger's USB port.
I've also used it to charge my Victor Stream.

That particular charger is no longer being manufactured. If you somehow can
get one, you will need to get an adapter cable to use it with an iPhone 5 or
later, as it has the old 30 pin connector that they had on the older
iPhones.

I got a talking USB charger from ATGuys last year.  It wasn't as cheap as
others I've heard of, but I like that it tells me how much power it has,
when it needs charging, and when charging is complete.

A battery with a USB jack.  So, you plug in your phone, tablet, whatever
into it as if you were plugging them into a USB to wall adaptor.

It's a portable way to charge anything that charges via a USB plug.
