[Electronics-talk] [EXTERNAL] using SAP feature with Time Warner Cable for audio description

i had to file a complaint with the FCC to get Comcast to pass thru the 
SAP description material.
   the first step was to explain to Comcast what accessable discribetion 
was.

had to go up a few levels of support to get a person that had authority 
to understand and do something
