Hi. The best approach, for the time being, is taking it to one of the
retailers. This is a machine that was in the works for several years, not
some fly-by-night idea. 
I live in California. We will start here and go from there.

How specifically do you plan on going after the vendors? Class actions town?
If so in what states are you planning on filing I know for a fact that
California Massachusetts in Colorado have some pretty progressive disability
rights laws
