The ADA seldom specifies the type of accommodation that must be
provided. If the only way you can get your food or drink is to use the
inaccessible kiosk, that could be an ADA violation, but if an employee
is willing to assist, that would likely satisfy the ADA's requirement to
provide an accommodation.

I'm no lawyer but I rather doubt it since appliances aren't a place of
public accommodation, a program or service offered to the public.

Does the ADA cover this area?  I did not think it did, but that is why
I'm asking.  I am not sure with the amendment.
