Hi,
I was listening to NPR yesterday afternoon. An app developer was on the program, discussing the adopt app, an app used to adopt parking spaces to remove snow from or fire hydrents.  You can listen to the replay of the casts at:
www.tednpr.org. or tedtalk at npr.org.  I can not remember which. Google searching on the combination could help... They were discussing how a little code to create an app platform is quite easy to do and it can be coppied easeally.  Have a good evening.
