I know what you're talking about. If it helps, most of them are the CocaCola 
Freestyle machines. I know at an unfamiliar place, one will need help to 
know what's what, but it is frustrating. Another disturbing one is places 
like Red Robin and Chilly's going to tablets at the table to place orders. I 
really hope waitresses will still be available though, unless these have 
talkback or something. I'm not sure what platform those run, but they really 
need to think about accessibility.
