Exactly. We have one of those laundry card kiosks here in our building. 
We have asked office staff for help and sometimes they grudgingly do it 
but they're not always in and they don't always want to do it. So it is 
a real chore getting money on the card. When we do finally put money on 
there with help we tend to put a lot on which takes away from some other 
things because we're never sure when we'll get more help.

Yet another example of how blind consumers are falling further and further behind their sighted peers as technology becomes ever more sophisticated and less user friendly.
