[Electronics-talk] odin-vi phone issues

Hi,

I recently signed up for service with odin-mobile.  i have the odin-VI
phone. I have it currently but have found several snags:

1:There seems to be no redial feature. one has to keep typing the whole
phone number in again and again which is annoying. 

2;The phone only has three ringtones. i would like to suggest to them that
we get a whole lot more ringtones.  My phone will not allow me to reset the
ringtone to the third option. 

3;the email on their website;

www.odinmobile.com

does not work so there is no means of contacting the company by email to
make suggestions for improvement. 

When I call in they tell me they will pass my suggestions on but i have no
way of knowing if my suggestions are making it to the proper people or not.

 

Can someone please reach this company in a way that my suggestions can be
worked on.
