[Electronics-talk] amazon music

A couple of months ago I placed an order on Amazon, and the total exceeded
$35, above which you may get free shipping. You select standard shipping
and then change the standard shipping to standard free shipping at
check-out. The site no longer allowed me to make this change. It required
the use of a mouse to change the shipping option. I ultimately had to get
sighted assistance to finish my order. I then called customer service to
complain and I am sure that my call was only lip service. I don't think I
ever got the rep to understand my dilemma. I haven't placed another order
with them to see if the complaint was addressed.

Hi,
I have gotten the same lack of help from amazon. I used to be able to
download singles and albums but now I can't. I get customer service with
accents I can't translate and they do not really understand what I want.
Frustrating!
Thanks
Lauren

Hi, I know this has come up on this list before, but I have been contacting
amazon regarding downloading music from amazon music. This is my
conversation with them, and I am very disappointed. To me, this is
unacceptable. What do you all think? I would encourage everyone to bother
amazon about this. We should be able to download the music we have
purchased. Thoughts?

> Hi, My name is Cullen Gallagher. these work, but I need to download full
albums. Unfortunately, this process is inaccessible with a screen reader. I
have purchased many albums from amazon, and not being able to download them
with a screen reader is aggravating. The amazon music app is not accessible
with voiceover on my mac, and the old amazon mp3 downloader is broken. Is
there anything els I can try? Thanks.

music that I have purchased in the past from amazon. The problem is that I
am using a mac, I am visually Impaired and rely on the voiceover screen
reader to use my computer. Both the amazon music app and the uploader are
not useable with voiceover. I wish to continue using amazon's music service,
however, I am unable to do so do to the software being inaccessible with
apple's voiceover screen reader. In the past, I was able to use the older
amazon mp3 downloader, but now the program won't work and I am left out of
the 500 or so songs I have purchased. Thank You
