[Electronics-talk] Comcast X1 DVR question

Hi,
I used to have this with my previous control freak sighted boyfriend so 
I don't know the answer to this question, but am hoping one of you will. 
Of course, we had a TV since he could see. My new husband and I want to 
get this box, but we're both totally blind and have no TV in the room we 
want it, but do have a stereo it could be hooked to just like our Dish 
Network is. Is this possible with this box or does it have to use an 
HDMI plug as the stereo does not have that. Thanks.
