Actually, you can buy the radios directly from Sparc. However, you will get a better deal from Amazon.
Reminds me to ask. Let's say I got the small pportable with accessibility, which is the Sparc HDSXT-2 can the clock be set by using the voice prompts? Also, since the accessibility is turned off by default, how do you turn it on without being able to see it?
Sincerely, The Constantly Barefooted Ray,
Still a very happy Mac, Verizon Wireless iPhone6+ and Apple TV user!
Sent from my Mac, The Only computer with full accessibility for the blind built-in!!!

>> Ah yes, now you mention the Spark radios, I recall them now. Tell me, honestly. AS you will doubtless recall, we have been burned twice now with the promise of talking HD radios that lasted only a short while and fell through the floor. I just happen to have the INsignia radio which I got from Best Buy about half a year before that effort came to nothing also. That radio still works, but, I"m happy to see the Spark effort still lasting so far. What I wish to know from the group is this. Will the third time be the charm: or, are we again to be burned?

I think the cheapest model is about $60 and is available through amazon. It is a portable and comes with an AC adapor and will run on 3 double A batteries.
