You can get talking alarm clocks from a ton of places, priced from around
$10 and up, depending on the features you want.  I usually check

first, as they put a tag on items which can be used independently by totally
blind users, whereas other sites don't specify between visually-impaired
users and the blind, so one may end up with a clock which has some features
that are inaccessible.  Another site with a wide selection is Maxi-Aids,
though you can find talking clocks even on Amazon and Speak2MeCatalog.Com.
