Unfortunately there are websites and other programs rendered more accessible
with jaws, so, and I'm not alone, many of us have found that two screen
readers makes for more flexibility.

I think he's saying that the Amazon web site works with System Access
but not with JAWS, and he resents the fact that he needs two use two
different screen readers. He doesn't say why he needs JAWS though and
why he can't just do everything with System Access.
