The next best thing would be something called the RIVO. It is a tiny Bluetooth keypad that works with the iPhone. RIVO stands for remote interface for Voiceover, which is the iPhone screen reader. It is the size of a credit card and has 20 keys laid out 5 across and 4 down. By pressing combinations of these keys you can perform just about all of the functions that you can do on the iPhone's touch screen. You can even write using the 12 telephone type keys. And don't forget that with Siri you can perform many operations via dictation.

Hi Sandra,

I would say you have a tall order since I think a button smart phone doesn't exist since the touch screen is king!  I would google jitter bug and see what they claim to have for smart phones.  One can speak commands but I don't know whether they have a TTS to read back information.  I wish you the best in your search!
