Ok, folks, the fix seems to be control tab.
Do it once and JFW says "navigation bar". Do it again and it says "folder
tree view" and you can scroll up and down.

The trick is to hold down the control and shift keys and then press tab.
This is for Outlook 2016

Hmm, this doesn't seem to work. Am I missing
a step?

Hi,
That is actually an Outlook issue not a Jaws issue. There was a recent
update to Outlook and Microsoft needs to address it. Until they do the work
around is Control + Shift + Tab. They say if you get someone sighted to take
your mouse or touchpad on your laptop and click somewhere in the folders
pane that you can then go back to control + Shift but I have not been able
to make that work as of yet. So I am just using Control + Shift + Tab for
now.
Hope that helps.
Merv

Hi guys. I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this. I used to be
able to switch between mailboxes and subfolders in Outlook (It's thelatest
version) and ever since JFW spit out the latest update to 17.0, I am unable
to do this. Anybody know how to resolve?
