Although this is for the i5s, this should work with the latest IOS.  This 
came from the iPhone group I'm a member of.

"My phone is set to lock the screen after five minutes of inactivity.  But I 
want to change that so it will only lock when I press the power button."

Settings:
General:
Then do a 3-finger swipe down [if in portrait mode]
Autolock should be the first item on the next page.
If in landscape mode, swipe right.
