ON the Comcast remote, there is a triangle shaped key just above the one key.  Press it twice and the voice will come on and tell you exactly how to activate Voice Guidance.  I know that Verizon Fios has it now and Cox also has it now.  I also know that Charter Communications, (now called Spectrem) is supposed to be working on a simular solution but don’t yet know what it is.
