[Electronics-Talk] Recording phone calls

Hi,
Some people do record phone calls without letting the other party know. I
think this is terrible and probably illegal. At least get permission won't
you. And, for the most part, why record them?
Thanks,
Lauren, who wants her privacy

Blessings in Jesus’ name! Now all glory to God, who is able, through his
mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might
ask or think.

Is anyone truly going to answer this question frankly in publicly
considering that most recording of telephone calls is prohibited?
Thetoretically, telephone calls may be recorded if both parties give prior
consent. But how does one prove this?
