Hi,
I'm sorry about all of the bad experiences different ones of you have
had with companies like this or maybe even AHS, but they've been nothing
but wonderful for us and we've gone through the gambit of things with
them from Plumbing issues, AC breaking, heat breaking and now the oven.
I reported this Sat. and someone came out today and fixed our old oven
so we didn't have to worry about finding another like the sighted
neighbor across the street said we'd have to do. All it needed was a new
Igniter. The guy was very knowledgeable and got it fixed in no time so
we're very happy. It's not a perfect plan as we're not as happy with the
plumbing people they send out, but for the price we save with the plan,
it's very much worth it to both of us. Just thought I'd update everyone
on the results and once again thank you all for your help.
