[Electronics-Talk] Cable accessibility

I think Speak to Me charges extra for those cassette instructions. Or at
least that's what I've experienced in the past.
They also don't fully explain accessibility on some of their products.
I bought a cordless phone that had a talking caller-ID from them and the
website's description said the phone was accessible for the
visually-impaired. Well, it was if you had some vision and was able to read
the buttons. But it wasn't blind-friendly. They didn't even offer an
instructional cassette. I was told I'd have to contact the company they got
the phone from, and when I did contact that company, I was told I should
have bought this other model of that particular phone instead.
