[Electronics-Talk] Cable accessibility

I don't, but I was surprised to find WGN America on my cable, too. It used
to be there about twenty years ago, but then it was gone. Now, it's back.
Pam.

When I asked Charter about a special box a couple of weeks ago, they knew
nothing about it. I also asked them about possible new channels. They didn't
have any information about that. All of a sudden this past week, I noticed
WGN America is now 1 of our channels. The other problem with charter (& I
keep mentioning that their site is not accessible) I can't find out about
anything new until it actually happends. Does anyone out there have Charter?
Ifso, is there a work around so that I can read the channel lineup? Thank
goodness for News Line. At least there, I am able to get aguide to know what
is on TV for me.

I thought I heard on Main Menu when they did that interview for the audio
description stuff that Charter might be working on something, but they kind
of spoke between the lines, which is probably standard when it comes to
unreleased stuff, at least until a date is set for it to go live or to be
polished enough to make releases about. Maybe that was the interview that
hinted subtly about Uverse as well. I would agree that it is probably either
too early for customer service to know anything, or too early for them to
disclose it if they do.
