For hd radios, if I have this right more visual information becomes 
available on screens/displays than just the current station frequency. 
Earlier weather information and traffic updates were mentioned.  I 
suspect some advertisers will only put contact information on that 
screen that isn't spoken as is so often done on TV advertisements.  With 
a bluetooth or infrared interface and a paired device, such information 
could be sent out over those interfaces as well.
