[Electronics-Talk] Okay this is Weird. Speech Volume

Hello all,

I am using NVDA and my speech is starting out low then raising as it
speaks. What is this? Can I fix this?

I remember riding in a vehicle once and the radio did this as the
dirver slowed down volume got lower and as they sped up it increased.
I don't want my laptop doing this though.
