[Electronics-Talk] hd radio

A shortwave radio I have has a keypad I can use on it to key frequencies 
in for stations and I think more radios could benefit from such an 
addition where band widths have narrowed so extensively on both AM and FM. 
A weird thing with KYW Philadelphia all news AM station is it's announced 
as being on 1060 but using the keypad gets me on the station but the 
frequency has to be adjusted down one click on the shortwave dial to get 
the sound coming in more clearly.  I think on the RadioShack shortwave 
model I have each of those clicks must increment or decrement frequency by 
5 instead of 10 which is probably why what I do works.  So KYW may have 
the center of its broadcast channel on 1055 rather than 1060.  On Sat, 2
