[Electronics-Talk] Losing Speech When Certain iPhone Apps are Opened

Eh, Peter, I've had the same issue.
I usually just hold down the Home button to activate Siri.  Sometimes I'll 
tell her to turn voice over on, or I'll just keep quiet.  Either way the 
voice will start talking again.

I know not why this is happening.  Probably a bug in the latest IOS.
