[Electronics-Talk] iPhone Voice Is Different after Updating

I don't think this is possible. Apple stops signing old versions of IOS 
within a few days after new versions are released.

It's already been suggested, but I'd check the Speech settings under 
VoiceOver to make sure you're using the enhanced voice.
