[Electronics-Talk] Shine Plus screen reader for 'droids

those on vi-android checked out shine+ and found the documentation 
unuseable.  While translated into English the translation was done by 
someone with an almost nonexistent command of English necessary to write 
technical documentation or translate technical documentation.
