i have and use the Instant Pot with sighed help.

the Instant Poty company states that they are NOT blind friendly.


it is a great device for simple cooking of soups and stews...

more complex cooking requires more complex ability to handle times and 
steam release.


status of cooker requires sigght...


dangerious to open when in the wrong cooking state.... burns can and 
will happen.
