Hit and hold power until set power level is spoken.  Hit up arrow top 
right until defrost is spoken.  Hit power button to set defrost.  Hit and 
hold set cook time button until set minutes is spoken.  Hit up arrow top 
right until desired defrost minutes is spoken.  Hit start and you should 
hear the oven tell you defrosting for desired minutes and have it start 
defrosting if door is closed properly.  I had part of the procedure 
correct but had to hack the rest.
