As far as I'm concerned, such voice guidance systems are of limited value 
because most of us still have to use inaccessible cable or satellite boxes 
with these TV's.

I just bought the Samsung & set it up! I personal find the voice not great
But usable. I got it at best buy on sale for $239.

Only a few Samsung models have what is voice guide! I listened to a blind
person pset up the un32j5500afxza  model almost by himself.
I have been trying to download the manual from Samsung but have not been
able to yet.
