You can buy motion detecting wall switches that replace a regular wall
switch. I have one in my kitchen and it works great. When you enter the
room, the light comes on and stays on for about twenty minutes (adjustable)
after you leave the room. These are pretty inexpensive.

Amazon sells a product called the Amazon Echo. You talk to it and it talks
to you. You can tell it to read news, play music, add items to a shopping
list, etc. It also works worth various smart appliance to turn lights on or
off, or dim or brighten, adjust thermostat, etc.

Does anyone have suggestions for accessible systems for remotely controlling
items in the home, like the lights, or motion detection for controlling the
lights?

Thanks,

Nicole

I do not know if it exists. I do know that there was a key ring. When you
whistled the key ring would make a sound. Is there anything like that?
