I posted something a couple weeks ago about the accessibility of the Kindle
Fire.  The upshot was that it is accessible, but some things need
work-arounds.

I think this question is perfectly OK. Even if the Kindle Fire is free,
it'll still take some time to acquire one and put it through it's paces. 
I don't think there's anything wrong with someone asking about the
accessibility of a device before they invest money or time into it.
