Hi,
Are there still talking hd radios? If so, can you get them from stores like 
Best Buy?
Also, what is the speech quality like? Male or female?

Hi Ashley,

It depends on the radio.  There isn't many portable HD radios around!  The 
TX2 is a light, small radio but I wouldn't call it pocket size because of 
its shape!  Mine just lost its voice so need to put it back to factory 
defaults somehow.  It is a fine radio which needs better accessibility.
