Okay, what do you recommend for somebody who doesn't have one of those fancy

Hello,
In responding to a pressure cooker, I have a instant pot from Amazon. I am 
totally blind but with the most expensive one, I use an app on my iPhone to 
be able to access all of the features.
I highly recommend this to blind or cited.
