If it gets something that won't go up, it will stop and you can come and
rescue it. It will also stop when it is full. I think Alexa may let you know
some of those things but not sure. Haven't had mine long.

Good evening everyone,

	It would be neat having one of these vacuume cleaners. Our only
concern is if the unit has the ability to distinguish between dirt and
objects lying on the carpet and to alert the user as to what to do. You want
the vacuume cleaner to clean your carpets without shreding your electric
wiring or cables that may run along or across thecarpetting. Do they have
the ability to detect the presence of electric wiring and if so alert the
user so he/she can move it or direct the vacuume cleaner away from it? I'll
be curious to hear how these device handle such matters.

I believe the Roomba 980 is designed for larger homes. The app works very
well. Mine got stuck under a chair so she is scratched, but she works great.
My house is 2,000 square feet, and she goes from one end of the house to the
other without problems. She runs a little over two hours, but has to charge
until she can finish cleaning the house. I wish the battery could last a
little longer. I tried using Roomba in the basement, but she got stuck a lot
since the rug was so old. Hope this helps.
