Great idea! I do this myself. But in my case, the iPhone is not my primary 
telephone device. I use it primarily for things other than making phone 
calls and do not use it as my home phone. But if you need an assist with 
finding things on the touch screen. there are screen protectors available 
that have raised dots in varying patterns depending on your needs. They are 
produced by a company called Speed Dots.
