Yes, iOS 11.2.1 on my 5s works great 😃

The initial iOS 11 release was horrible to use but since then it has improved immensely on each update

But if you have some really old apps that haven’t been updated in a while they may not work with iOS 11

Other than that you should not have any reason not to update now

Has anyone with an iPhone 5S updated to IOS 11?  Was it a good move, or did
it slow everything down to a crawl?

I'm excited about the indoor map possibilities I read about in Flying Blind,
but not sure if the update required is worth messing up everything else.
